Old Port District

A popular destination with tourist and locals, the Old Port area of downtown is known for its nightlife, cobblestone streets, historic buildings, restaurants and bars. Once a derelict urban district, the revitalization of Old Port dates back to the 1970s.

Waterfront District

An active historic working waterfront, the Waterfront District is a historic atmosphere with wharfs were tourism and dockside restaurants coexist with fish houses, seafood markets, a deep water port, international ferry service and cruise ship facilities.
