Currently under development along County Road 201, between Interstate 95 and U.S. 1, Beachwalk is a large, master-planned community that is part of the Twin Creeks Planned Unit Development. Featuring a Caribbean, Key West and West Indies style theme, the development is home to a massive 14-acre man-made Crystal Lagoon and beach. At build-out, the 1,200-acre Beachwalk community will also contain 1,260 residential units, 187,000 square feet of commercial space, two St. Johns County School District school sites, a 500-acre preserve and a 130-key Margaritaville Hotel. Beachwalk has been promoted as a place that combines a vacation lifestyle with the conveniences of urban living in St. Johns County.

Beachwalk Clubhouse

The Beachwalk Clubhouse and its 14-acre artificial lagoon is a central attraction for Beachwalk residences. The lagoon contains 37 million gallons of water and is surrounded by a 100-foot white-sand beach and winding footpaths. Additional amenities include water slides, a miniature golf course and a 2,500 square-foot splash park for dogs.
