The Row

North of Memorial Park, Riverside Avenue was once known as “The Row.” Stretching from Margaret to Edison Streets, The Row consisted of 50 mansions lining both sides of Riverside Avenue. The Broadway Towers and Broadway Terrace buildings were completed in 1962 and 1974.

Riverside St. Johns Apartments is a new 125-unit apartment complex by TriBridge Residential along the St. Johns River. The new infill development includes a waterfront promenade that could one day connect to the Northbank Riverwalk.
