A look inside Anheuser-Busch's economic, environmental and cultural impact involved in operating a Jacksonville-based brewery where 99.6 percent of everything utilized in the manufacturing process is recycled.

1st Course Bacon farm’s little gem lettuce gazpacho, pickled Cape Canaveral Shrimp, local sea beans paired with a Grapefruit IPA from the Jacksonville Brewery Home Brew Club.

2nd Course Stracciatella cheese, Benton’s Country Ham, grilled peaches with a fennel and basil garnish paired with the Landshark Lager.

3rd Course Belgium white mussels with garlic aioli and a baguette paired with the Shock Top Belgian White.

4th Course Korean beef short ribs with a bulgogi marinade, logan turnpike grits, house made kimchi, and a soft boiled egg paired with the classic Budweiser.

5th Course Chocolate Stout cake, stout mousse, raspberry gel, chocolate cashew crunch paired with a Chocolate Stout from the Jacksonville Brewery Home Brew Club.
